Order Cancellation Policy

If you find the need to modify your order due to product changes, address alterations, size adjustments, or any other concerns, you have the option to cancel your order post-placement.

Cancellation requests are only applicable before the product is dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible as the products are already with our delivery partners. Therefore, it's crucial to initiate the cancellation process before dispatch to ensure a successful cancellation.

*How to Cancel Your Order:*

Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placement by reaching out to our feelfreeu Support Portal. Simply use your Order ID as the subject for reference and provide a brief explanation for the cancellation.

Please be aware that feelfreeu reserves the right to cancel orders under unforeseen circumstances, such as product unavailability or payment defaults.

*Return/Exchange Procedure:*

In instances where courier services are unavailable in your area, customers may need to arrange for the return/exchange of products independently. Feelfreeu will reimburse customers up to Rs85 for courier expenses.

*Reimbursement Process:*

Any reimbursement due will be transferred directly to the customer's bank account. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank statement.

Additionally, refunded funds will be credited to your feelfreeu wallet, providing you with the flexibility to utilize the refunded amount for future purchases on our website.
